Methi paratha

Ingredients: (To make -3)

1. Wheat flour (ATTA) – 2cup
2. Methi leaves – 1 cup (Chopped)
3. Besan – 6tsp
4. Red chili powder – 2tsp
5. Roasted cumin seeds powder – 3tsp
6. Ajwain – 1/2tsp
7. Ginger – 1tsp (Paste or crushed)
8. Ghee – 4tsp
9. Salt to taste
10. Oil for frying















Method:

1. Mix the wheat flour, ghee, Red chili powder, besan, methi leaves, Cumin powder, ginger, ajwain, and salt, knead into soft dough by adding enough water.
2. Keep cover and leave for 15 minutes.
3. Make even sized ball, flatten it and roll them into a round shape.
4. Cook on hot tawa or flat pan, Applying oil till both sides are cooked and light golden brown.
5. Serve with raita, chutney or pickle.
6. It can be served as supper or dinner time.
