Masala Aloo

Ingredients:

1. Potato - 6 medium size boiled potato( 20-22  half cut pcs small size boiled )
2. Cumin Seeds - 1/4th tsp
3. Musterd Seeds - 1/4th tsp
4. Hing - 1pinch
5. Kasuri Methi - 1/4th tsp
6. Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
7. Dry Mango Powder - 1/4th tsp  ( Aam chur Powder)
8. Turmeric Powder - 1/4th tsp
9. Green Chili - 3pcs chopped ( or to taste)
10. Coriander Leaf - 3tsp chopped
11. Lemon Juice - 1tsp ( If U Like)
12. Salt To Taste
13. Oil - 4-5tsp
















Method:

1. Heat oil in kadhai, add hing,  chopped green chilli ,jeera and musterd seeds.
2. when it splutter add kasuri methi, coriander powder, turmeric powder, Aamchur powder(Dry mango powder), Salt and fry it for 1-2 minutes on medium flame.
3. Add half chopped  boiled potato and fry it for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.
4. Garnished with coriander Powder and serve imidiately.


Note: 1. If u want to use lemon juice , just add before serving.
2. Serve Hot.
3. This can be use for upwas item and also pure veg( shakahari )
4. Boiled Potato - You just  refrigerate for an hour.
5. Serve with Roti, Paratha and poori.

Mango Lassi

Ingredients:

1. Yogurt ( Dahi) - 2cups
2. Milk - 1/2 cup
3. Mango - 1 cup chopped (Peeled )
4. Saffron ( Kesar) - 6-8 Threads
5. Sugar To Taste
6. Almond Powder - 3tsp (Optional)
7. Ice Cubes - 8-10 cubes or ( As u Like)

















Method:
1. Put ICE CUBES,Yogurt, milk, sugar, mango and almond powder into a blender and blend untill Smooth pureed.
2. Pour into individual glasses and garnished with KESAR and few mango pulp .
