NAMAK PAARA (KHURMA)

Ingredients:

1. Maida – 1cup
2. Rava – 1 /4thcup
3. Ajwain – 1tsp
4. Ghee / Oil – 2tsp
5. Salt to taste
6. Oil – For frying.















Method:
1. Mix maida, rava, ajwain, ghee and salt
2. Then knead a stiff dough with warm water.
3. Shape the dough into a ball and roll into a circle.
4. Cut into the squares.
5. Deep fry these squares and remove when light brown in colour.Drain thoroughly, cool and store in air-tight container
