Mutter Paneer

Ingredients (To make- 4)
  1. Paneer – 300 gms
  2. Green Peas – 1 cup
  3. Capsicum – 1pc (Chopped)
  4. Onion – 2 pcs (Medium size)
  5. Garlic Paste – 2tsp
  6. Ginger Paste – 2tsp
  7. Red Chilli – 2 pcs.
  8. Tomato Chopped – 1 cup
  9. Coriander Powder – 2tsp
  10. Cumin Powder – 2tsp
  11. Garam masala – 1tsp
  12. Turmeric Powder – 1 /4 tsp.
  13. Chilli powder – 1 tsp
  14. Cumin – 1 /4tsp
  15. Salt – To taste
  16. Oil – 4-6 tsp


Method:

1. Cut the paneer into cubes, medium fry in to oil on medium flame.
2. Heat oil in a pan and put cumin (JEERA) and red chilli.
3. Put chopped onion and capsicum and fry it till it begins to brown.
4. Put all spices fry it on medium flame.
5. Add tomato chopped and fry it, after that put Frozen peas and fry in to 2min on medium flame.
6. Add some water and bring to a boil.
7. After 2-3 minutes boiling add the fried paneer and boil it 2-3 min.
8. Garnished With Coriander Leaves.

Preparation time – 15 to 20 min.
