This recipe did not work for me. The lauki wasnt cooked by m/wing it for 3 mins. The entire dish took too long to get cooked properly. This recipe needs refinement.
ReplyDeleteThis recipe worked out great for me, my husband liked it too. Though after microwaving it took lil more longer to cook ....but that's nothing when compared to amazing combination of potatoes and lauki....nice job priya and thanks !!!! i will try it again for sure
ReplyDeletei would rather fry lauki n aaloo first and then cook the dish on low heat for longer time, rather thsn boiling it
ReplyDeleteYes you can fry lauki n aaloo first and then cook the dish on low heat for longer time, rather than boiling it and I think it would taste better also but I bet frying (instead of boiling) will take more oil. For people looking to avoid oil, I will go with Priya's way of cooking this recipe.
