1. Sago (SABUDANA) – 2cups
2. Peanuts – 1 / 2cup (Roasted and crushed)
3. Cumin seeds – 1tsp
4. Ghee – 4tsp
5. Red chili powder – 1tsp
6. Potato – 1 cup boiled and roughly mashed.
7. Salt – to taste

Method:
1. Wash sabudana and set aside for 1 and ½ hour with little water.
2. Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds.
3. When cumin splutter, add boiled potato, green chili and fry it for 1-2 minutes on medium flame.
4. Add sago (SABUDANA), peanuts, salt, red chili powder and mix it.
4. Covered and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
