- Grated Cucumber - 1cup
- Yogurt (Dahi) - 1 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste.
- Cumin seed ( Jeera ) - 1/2 tsp
- Cooking oil - 1tsp
- Red chili - 2pcs
- Red chili powder - 1/4th tsp ( As per your taste)
- Mustard seed - 2 pinchs (Yellow or black)
- Coriander leaf - 1tsp chopped
Directions:
- Take a bowl.
- Put beaten curd (yogurt) in it.
- Add salt, red chilli powder and greated cucumber and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add jeera, red chilli, mustard seed.
- When it'll splutter, turn off the gas (stove)
- Add tadka in cucumber yogurt mix.
- Garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
